GENERAL TERMS
- A signed contract, outlining the details of the work undertaken, will be required before commencing the work.
- Contract will be signed based on the estimated cost.
- Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client.
- Backup of copies will be retained only if there was an agreement between Cyber Virtual Service and the client.
PAYMENT AND INVOICING POLICY
- A $30 CAD minimum fee is charged on all projects.
- Hourly plan and project plan are billed at 15 minutes increment, unless otherwise specified.
- Retainer fees are due prior to commencement of work and thereafter the first of every month.
- Unused retainer fees are non-refundable.
- A 25% deposit is required before the start of a project plan assignment. This 25% is non-refundable and will be adjusted
in the final invoice.
- Full payment is due prior to delivery of finished assignment in case of hourly and project plans, unless agreed upon in
writing by Cyber Virtual Service and the client.
- Final fee for projects will be based on the actual cost and not estimated cost.
- Office disbursements are billable and clients are “charged back” on expenses incurred in finishing the assignments.
These include, but are not limited to - photocopying, postage, stationery supplies, printing, faxing, long distance calls, etc.
- Invoices are submitted via email or fax and are payable on receipt.
- Payment made later than 30 days of receipt of invoice will be subject to a charge of 2% of invoiced amount per month.
- A service charge of $40 will be charged for any NSF cheque equal to or greater than $500 and $30 for NSF cheque less
than $500.
- Payment can be made by business cheques or Paypal.
DELIVERY TERMS
- Finished products will be delivered by e-mail, fax, diskette or other means as agreed with the client.
- Files will be virus checked before transmission.
PRIVACY POLICY In order to protect your right to privacy Cyber Virtual Service will ensure that:
- It collects only such information from individuals or organizations as is required for the purposes of providing the service.
- It will not disclose or communicate to anybody, other than required by law, any information pertaining to its clients.
- A confidentiality agreement forms part of our service and is signed before any work commences.
