HOURLY PLAN
Each assignment is different and therefore hourly rates vary depending on the nature of the project.
MONTHLY RETAINER PLAN
Clients in need of on-going support can retain the service of Cyber Virtual Service on a monthly basis with a minimum of 10 hours
per month.
Bronze Plan Package – 10 hours / month @ 5% off the regular rate
Silver Plan Package – 20 hours / month @ 10% off the regular rate
Gold Plan Package – 40 hours / month @ 15% off the regular rate
PROJECT PLAN
As each project is unique, please contact us by filling the Request for Quotation form and we will gladly contact you to discuss
your needs.
EMERGENCY SERVICE
Assignments or projects requiring completion in less than 24 hours, weekends and/or holiday work will be billed additionally at
25% of the normal rate.
DISCOUNTS
- First time customers will receive 10% off their first project.
- Referees will get further discount based on mutual agreement.
- For retainer clients (at least 10 hrs. of service) within a range of 10 kms. , pick up and delivery will be offered free.
NOTE: Office disbursements are billable and clients are "charged back" on expenses incurred in finishing the assignments.
These include, but are not limited to - photocopying, postage, stationery supplies, printing, faxing, long distance calls, etc.
